GFC Spring Big Bass Derby

It was and epic night of fishing. The weather was perfect and the bass were pre-spawn and hungry. The 11 anglers competing caught over 50 bass in just 2 hours. The average size was 16 inches and 2.5 pounds (chunks) but four different people checked in 5 bass that went 19.5 inches and weighed over 4 pounds. The winner of the derby was Grant Masterson with the first 19.5 inch fish. Luca Walter placed second (19.5) and Emma Reding was third (19.5). Campbell Reding also landed a 19.5 inch fish and Grant landed the 5th of the night. Grant also landed a18 inch bass along with Blake Albery.
